Our pricing structure is two things:  simple and affordable.  There are no hidden fees; the 2% mandatory tax is included.  There are no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills at the clinic.

Cost for individuals & additional members:  $75 per month

If a family has more than four members, each additional immediate family member will receive a complimentary membership.
