France Avenue Family Physicians welcomes you to our website and our practice!  We are specialists in family practice - caring for you and your family for a lifetime.  We are a group of 8 providers with a wide range of special interests, but one common goal:  Delivering the best health care to our patients.  We have patients of all ages, and all races.  Your entire family can be taken care of by our providers!  For your convenience, we offer same day appointments to treat your urgent medical needs.

We are an independent private practice striving to provide excellence in personalized, compassionate, high-tech care that is consistent, quality-driven, and choice-conscious for our patients.  We want our patients to be well informed of their clinical conditions and medical choices, and we want them to participate in the medical decisions facing them. 

 

Our staff is highly trained, caring and professional.  All of us respect the diversity and dignity of our patients.  We all embrace advances in learning and technology, in an effort to achieve efficient and quality driven outcomes in patient care.

We participate in two care systems, Minnesota Healthcare Network (MHN), and Fairview Physician Associates (FPA), through which we contract with major insurance companies.  Our primary hospital is Fairview Southdale and if you are admitted there, you will be taken care of by highly skilled physicians (called hospitalists) who are employed by the hospital.  We communicate constantly with the hospitalists to keep apprised of your condition.
